Our products are comprehensively legally protected (trademarks and designs). Neither the presentation of our products on the website and in the catalogue nor the sending of samples and ordered goods shall constitute consent to imitation of our products. In order to maintain protection, we defend our intellectual property rights against imitations. We are grateful for any hints if such imitations are discovered.
Despite careful research, it can of course also happen to us that we inadvertently infringe the industrial property rights of others. In the event of unintentional infringements of industrial property rights, we endeavour to find a solution that is satisfactory for all parties involved without incurring unnecessarily high costs.

Protected by European Union Designs – what does this mean for our customers?
A European Union design is a design protection that applies in all 27 EU member states. It protects the external appearance of a product – i.e. its shape, lines, colours or surface structure.
