Shipping costs & Delivery times

Shipments within Germany

Your selected favourite products from the mbw collection are sent directly from our warehouse in Wanderup to you or directly to your desired address. Our delivery time is usually between 2 and 5 working days. We assure you the fastest possible delivery and competent order processing. When you place your order in our webshop, the shipping costs for the delivery are not listed separately. After receipt of your order, we will of course select the most cost-effective shipping option for your destination and apply the following fixed sums:

Shipments by courier within Germany:

  • Small package up to 3kg = 4,00 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 6,00 EUR per package


If delivery is to be made to an island such as Sylt, the package price increases by 14.00 EUR

Express deliveries within Germany are generally possible for the following working day (except Saturdays) and for orders received (depending on stock availability) before 10:00 am:

Delivery by:

  • 12 pm the following working day = 18,00 EUR per package
  • 6 pm the following working day („Next day“) = 14,50 EUR per package


Payment:
Are you a new customer? Then you will receive a prepayment invoice after receipt of your order with the request for an advance bank transfer. Directly after receipt of payment the ordered goods will be shipped to you. To ensure that you can shop even more conveniently when placing repeat orders, we take out insurance for our receivables with our credit insurer Atradius. Subject to approval and positive creditworthiness, payment can be made on open account for further orders.

Shipments outside Germany

Shipments by courier outside Germany:
Shipments outside of Germany will be charged according to the currently valid freight rates of the contracted parcel service providers and forwarding companies. The prices are duty unpaid and untaxed. Island surcharges and other additional costs on request.

Austria (AT):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 9,75 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 12,02 EUR per package

France (FR):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 15,35 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 16,61 EUR per package

United Kingdom (UK):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 20,33 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 21,49 EUR per package

Netherlands (NL):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 6,97 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 8,78 EUR per package

Belgium (BE):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 7,32 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 9,10 EUR per package

Switzerland (CH):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 14,31 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 15,81 EUR per package
  • Third country fee (one-time): 28,00 EUR

Spain (ES):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 23,53 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 27,76 EUR per package

Italy (IT):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 18,25 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 20,50 EUR per package

Czech republic (CZ):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 7,32 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 9,10 EUR per package

Poland (PL):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 8,48 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 9,98 EUR per package

Denmark (DK):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 7,98 EUR per package
  • Large package up to 31kg = 9,98 EUR per package

Finland (FI):

  • Small package up to 3kg = 17,68 EUR per package

Luxembourg (LU):

Sweden (SE):
